Become Talent

Would you like to become a Jobtalent? It's straightforward. Please register on our website .... and answer a few questions. After registering, you can view and change your details at any time. Your name is enough to start with—your chances of getting a job increase if you upload a short video of yourself. Your chances are even better if you upload your vocational training and language skills with certificates. However, you can also submit proof later.
A Jobliment coach will check your data. The aim is to optimise your profile to have a good chance of convincing an employer. If we notice anything, we will help you to complete your profile. We will happily take an application photo with you and help you formulate your CV. We can also help you translate your documents.
Almost there. Your profile is complete and has been checked by a coach. Your profile is now your business card. We use your business card to convince employers. We have concluded contracts with the employers. You can find the vacancies on our careers page. You now have two options: You can look around and apply for a job you like yourself, or we can take care of the application. To do this, we look at what an employer is looking for and whether your profile matches. We then match several applicants to a position.
Are you and the employer a good match? Then, nothing stands in the way of an employment contract. The employment contract regulates your rights and obligations. It contains your expected salary and describes what your future work will look like. Once the contract has been signed, we talk to the immigration authorities and the embassy. We apply for a visa and work permit. This process can take some time. But with some luck, you'll be in Germany in four weeks. So there is time to prepare.
It would be best if you spoke German as well as possible for your new job. Not only to work in Germany but also to make friends in the long term and to arrive in Germany. A level of B1 or better B2 is sufficient. Jobliment will support you with your training. Your future employer may also pay for your language training. This can be stipulated in your employment contract. You can practically learn German at our language schools. From beginner (A1) to professional (C1). If the embassy is coming for a long time, you can make good use of the time by learning German.
Do you need a new flat and need help finding one? This is a challenging topic, not even for Germans. It isn't easy to find a flat. But it is possible. Jobliment helps you in two ways: Firstly, we can prepare you for job interviews and train you on how best to find a flat yourself. Secondly, we have partners in the field of housing agency services. So you may be able to find a flat yourself. If you still need to, you can increase your chances with Jobliment. You can't start looking for a flat early enough, either. Do you have an employment contract but still need to get a visa? It's best to use the waiting time and start looking for accommodation.
Everything is new. Everything is exciting but also unsettling. We'll help you deal with the culture shock. While waiting for your visa, you learned German, found a flat, and learned about your new employer. Now it's time to get to know your colleagues and find your way around the workplace. Jobliment will support you during the first few days. It organises who will pick you up from the airport, shows you the nearest supermarket in your street and remains your first point of contact for the time being.
Germany has complicated laws. The laws specify which requirements you must fulfil to work and live there. Our partner, the law firm Clayston, takes care of all these questions and forms.
We apply for the visa. We ensure that you get a work permit and that your certificates are recognised. You may need to obtain additional qualifications in Germany. We will also take care of this.
After two to three years, you can stay in Germany permanently - we will also organise this settlement permit. You can even become a German citizen, which we can arrange; it just takes a while.
Not only working but also living successfully in Germany. We help you with mentors. Mentors are people who have experience in different areas and share this with you. Mentors can have the same profession as you; mentors can tell you about their immigration history. This can be different. The aim is to provide experienced people with whom you can exchange ideas or have a good time. What you do with the mentoring offer is entirely up to you.
If you have a dispute with your employer or feel you are being treated unfairly, we can support you and, if necessary, enforce your rights in court.
